Boston improviser: Natalie Baseman

Natalie Baseman

Natalie Baseman has been doing comedy since she was sixteen, and has been an addict since 20. You can see Natalie performing with the superhero Harold team Maxitor, and with the wonderfully quirky sketch comedy team The Dowry. Natalie developed this addiction for comedy with UMass Amherst's Student Valley Productions (Mission:Improvable and Sketch-22.) Over her eight years doing improv, she has studied with teachers from the Annoyance, I.O., Upright Citizen's Brigade and Second City, including the awesome Mick Napier, Susan Messing, Joe Bill, Al Samuels, and TJ Jagodowski. In 2008, while living in Edinburgh, Scotland, Natalie worked with the Edinburgh Improverts and the Parisian movement theater company, Dancing Brick. In addition to performing, Natalie coaches improv and leadership workshops for DestiNation Imagination and student groups around Massachusetts. You can find more information on her website
